Operational or Data Warehouse
Our Data Consultants have extensive experience in designing solutions that are transactional (OLTP) or analytical (OLAP). We use Industry Best Practice methodologies (such as Kimball, Inmon, etc) for designing Data Warehouses.
On Premise or Cloud
Our Data Consultants have designed solutions that use on premise and in cloud databases and data warehouses. We have used AWS and MS Azure technologies.
Proprietary or Open Source
There is generally a push to move to open source technologies in order to save on licensing costs etc. We have experience of evaluating and designing solutions that leverage open source technologies such as Apache (Sparx, HBase, Hive), MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Neo4j and MySQL.
Real time or Batch
When our Data Consultants design solutions they give due regard for whether the requirements are for end of day, intraday or near real time.
